Grievance
So today I said to Manager I can't complete today because I got child care issues. And he went off on one saying its always the same old story with u. He's very rude to me and I said It can't be helped. Is it worth putting in a Grievance?

If it's a one off to be honest...no.
If it's a pattern of behaviour....yes.
Next time you tell him you have to cut off...make sure your rep is present.
