Delivered by Royal Mail on mail

I noticed today the 'Delivered by Royal mail' stamp on Mailsort,Stamped and PPI letters but,I never saw this on any downstream access mail.Did you?

I found it strange too!

It appears that the mail which should carry our 'delivered by' message, that which carries our competitors names/logos, does not do so!

I saw some DSA with 'delivered by Royal Mail' on it last week, but I can't remember which DSA operator it was (there's that many of them).

yes i saw one today but cant remember what operator either, it was actually where u would think the stamp would be and not beside it

Not very much DSA with it on at all. Seems pointless putting it on our own mail when it already says Royal Mail on it. Even some stamped mail has it franked across it.

ive seen it the logo is far to small in the top right

I had one the other day, on a ONEPOST letter. It was small letters in the right hand corner. They do not want these logo's on their post, so hide them.

Due to be 100% on dsa ppi etc at the start of next year, to give customers time to exhaust old stock

I've seen it so far on DSA from Onepost and some brochures from UK Mail. Only seen it twice on stamped mail, both from the same MC.
