HCT oops

Post by POSTMAN »

A Royal Mail caddy is parked next to a road sign in Wimbledon village, England, Sunday, July 8, 2012. Andy Murray of Britain will face Roger Federer of Switzerland in a men's singles final match at the All England Lawn Tennis Championships on Sunday afternoon.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Looks like one of the 'unsafe' HTCs. Anybody criminal minded could walk up to it with a stanley knife, slit the side, and bingo!

There are metal inserts if the HTC is used in a high risk area.

No it's not.
"a" and "an" relate to whether it's a vowel or consonant SOUND at the start of the next word.
When you say H the first sound you hear is a vowel sound...Aitch.
That means it's an HCT.
That's an honest answer.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Wellllllllllll it's just possible it was being used as a drop box and I say that because a few years ago we had just that scenario. The HCT was left in situ and filled up by a van driver........................until the council got snotty and said ..........move it or else.

Doesn't appear to be "attached" to anything ... plus - was the pic taken on a Sunday (check the EXIF data  )
"We're under model" - oh no we're not - stick your lapse elsewhere ...
