It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Looks like one of the 'unsafe' HTCs. Anybody criminal minded could walk up to it with a stanley knife, slit the side, and bingo!

"a" and "an" relate to whether it's a vowel or consonant SOUND at the start of the next word.
When you say H the first sound you hear is a vowel sound...Aitch.
That means it's an HCT.
That's an honest answer.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Wellllllllllll it's just possible it was being used as a drop box and I say that because a few years ago we had just that scenario. The HCT was left in situ and filled up by a van driver........................until the council got snotty and said ..........move it or else.DGP1 wrote:I think the question that needs answered is.............why was it there on a Sunday?

Doesn't appear to be "attached" to anything ... plus - was the pic taken on a Sunday (check the EXIF data
)
"We're under model" - oh no we're not - stick your lapse elsewhere ...
