hi all today i got back to the office at 1pm as our finish time is 1.10 without a break and i did not take my flex out as i needed to pouch off and the dom said to me you have got time to do the flex i said i can bundle it up drive there and come back as wont have time to deliver it he said dont bother then you will owe me ten mins tomorrow im really getting sick of this harassment and the bullying helpline was as much use as a choclate teapot our union rep is not that great im seriously thinking of putting a greivence in as im sick of his ways not just me theres a few of us he picks on

he said you dont get ten mins to pouch off but i was lead to belive this is the case what do you guys think

hi well my official time is 1.30 take my break at the end so it is 1.10 finish

no our manager thinks once ive put parcels i couldnt deliver that i should go and do flex lol as i told him i didnt have time before i left and i told him i have to wash my hands as been handling mail all day and he said you owe me ten mins tomorrow wasnt impressed when i said ill bundle it up drive there by time i get there be time to bring it back im fed up of this bullying or harrasment im seriously considering putting a form in and when i asked him for the form he said he didnt have one

and how long in total would it have taken to do the lapsing he was asking?

So what about the PDA,the van keys,filling in the log book,dealing with any undeliverable mail...i suppose he thinks the mail fairies do all that.
Some of these managers have not the faintest idea how this job works,they are Royal Mail's biggest liability since the pension deficit was removed.
I would send them all out on deliveries but the QofS figures would be embarrassing.
Best advice...ignore the clown and if he comes looking for his 10 minutes get the union involved.

i work 30 hours so only entitled to 30 mins

what is the offical time you have to pouch off then is it ten mins as ive been told this by a couple of work collegues from now on im gunna get a bike f**k using me car anymore come in bang on my time and work to my time everyday as i really wont do any overtime at all

sorry finish time is 1.40 without a break so got back to office at 1.00 pouch off use toilet wash hands also i shall be doing the job properley i only used me car as was handy for me but i shall do the job how it should be done and if i have to cut off then i shall have to just getting stressed with the manager thinking he can bully me and its getting me down
