We are soon to have park n loop in our office,and been told us part timers would be working 3 days instead of the 5 days my question is to the offices that has it do we have the rolling day off like we do now or do we have to work every Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday

The differences in attendance patterns are so varied it will be impossible for anyone on here to give you a definitive answer.
If the office is forcing a minority to work every Saturday so the majority can have 1 in 4 Saturdays your rep is a knobend.
