early starters / breaks

WHEN will our people understand that coming in early and not taking breaks is a big big problem when it comes to getting everyones workload correct also the use of trolleys is almost non existant in my D.O you get people coming in early and not taking their break every day then when the link man does the delivery he comes in on time and takes his break then cannot complete the delivery he gets all the s**t off the managers i.e. slow/lazy/taking the piss ect so take note people and dont be so f*****G selfish

Ooh you have the same foolish behaviour in your office ! So sad isn't it and another reason I'm close to departing to pastures new , or staying watching the JK show rather than graft and mess my knees up further and watch a great job continue to destroy it's self via greed and poor planning ! Yes agree a lot of moaners only have themselves to blame - running , no breaks , coming in early (don't understand as they can't make time anymore ) doorstepping etc etc - with all this it has contributed to planning and revision totally un equal work loads and surely there should NOT be easy or longer rounds ....they should ALL be pretty much the same in content and therefore a fair workload for everyone ! I used to love this job and totally agree the docket culture and making time had to go as iv never worked anywhere before like that, but Its gone too far the other way now !!! DOH !

My day off today and i've had a text to say my day off man is out the door at 8am,I would normally be out at 9 on a Friday.

My office is the same although there are less people coming in early now that the two man in a van is in place.

Very lucky with that we have steadily gone from 5am starts to 8-12am the job has gone to the dogs.
