Revision for part timers options ??

Hi guys, just a few questions if you could help me with my situation is

My office is going thought the stages of the revision and I believe they are trying to get thought for September.

I am currently on sick leave and have been off for 6 weeks with a bad eye condition, ( uveitus severe inflation of the eye, had hospital treatment ) so don't know the ins and outs of what's being discussed !

Have only been at this office for 6 months having got a transfer from my old office where I started 3 years a ago. I transferred to my new office as is only 5 mins from where I live.

I was on 30 hours but whilst I have been off, need to change my hours down so I can start at 9am ( this is due to taking my child to school in the near future ). I have spoke to my Dom about this and they will be changing my hours down to 22.5 so I can come in at 9am.

I have a meeting with my Dom Monday morning to discuss my absence and one to one interview and the revision.

So I was just wondering were I stand with the revision

Do they have to take my hours into consideration in the revision ( had a phone meeting with the planner who said maybe a 3 day week for the 20 hours workers but that want be starting at 9 so no good for me ) ???

What happens if the work patterns they want don't work for me ??

Can they force me out ??

I have a sneaking feeling that I will be transfer back to my old DO when the revision comes in, my old DO want have a revision for ages ??

You may not need to lose hrs to get a 9am start,don't be too hasty,wait until you get back to work.
Can you not contact either your rep or some of your colleagues for info.

First week back this week, and now start at 9 and 22.5 hrs per week which is what I want. There not quite sure what's going to happen to me until the planners have planned the routes and they know about the walks and times etc.

Looks more likely that I will have to go to a different delivery office, which is a shame as I will be going from a big delivery office with new indoor and outdoor methods, back to a small do with old systems still in place

Because they're want all the start times the same, ie van sharing two people need to start at same time on same same hours, people on 22.5 hours will have to work the same but work 3 days

Our, although we dont have many, part-timers start later anyway.

We also have 'family friendly' duties which start later

Expect that all to change when your revision comes in. All our part times can get there hours up

So how does the van share work for the part timers ? What time do they start ?

PT start around 2.5 hours after their FT partner. FTimer preps his own and the PT duty. I'm not aware of any abnormal issue with our FT/PT combo's

No probs

I also dont see why they want all the duty start times to be the same. We have them staggered a bit. If you are going to have, for example, 50 pairings. You are going to have 50 vans fighting to get loaded and out the office all around the same time
