Split 'em over the week (assumes they come early like - mine came today) - however the most soul-destroying moment of today was when I knocked on , handed it over and went back down the drive ... only to turn around and watch customer rip the plastic off and chuck catalogue straight into the blue bin

doesnt matter they are for drivers to deliver, you are taking work away from him, why dont you just take all his packets too and make him redundant, they are not to be delivered by walking posties

It's a lot of weight to be lugging around on top of the additional. I'm a young man, I want my legs, shoulders and back to be usable when I'm old.

thats what the union rep is for, just tell him, its his job to point out to manager that drivers should be delivering them, and if he doesnt just go over his head, no nead for any confrontation with manager by any postie, thats why we pay our dues so reps will deal with this sort of issue
