So, planners in and all current rounds are being re-timed. Anyway, it would seem the crafty sods have timed a duty using a CYCLE Why? We will be using LWT on the new rounds. So basically the duty time on the computer is one hour less than it should be!!

Our revision has been rushed through and completely balls'd up. No cooperation from the union, but this works in their favour, so now they Can do what they want and as mentioned before they have an answer for everything!

In my office the planners were, how can i put it, a tad over zealous with their magnificent ideas. We voted it out, twice, but it was still implemented. It is chaos.....

Well we didn't help and we're cutting off left, right and centre - we've had 9 managers in the last 6 months trying to sort it out and still they fail cos no one will help, we are all doing less work than we did before so we're not prepared to do anything to help. The CWU should never, ever agreed to this s**t way of (not)working.

Well, you can trust planners to plan duties for you and your colleagues, that they themselves would run a million miles away from.

We having major probs in our office bringing in the van share.Tried 3 times i think now,going on over a year and still no joy.Funny how they doing mail counts last week when its nice and quiet in the summer!

With revised HCT duties, don't forget that weight is off the shoulder, which means every packet is in the HCT. Time will be needed to find keys; unlock trolley; locate every packet; lock trolley; check trolley is locked before walking to the delivery point.

When we had the pre-P&L packet counts going on, all they wanted to know was attendence packets that needed a knock at the door (or a signature for Recorded/Specials). On HCT walks that have a lot of non-attendence packets too, the above was highlighted as a big factor in why the delivery span was going way over, they simply were not accounted for in the planning.
