After a delivery methods revision did sick absence increase in your office?
If so......why?

Yes.
Even in the unlikely event it goes well it's a very stressful change in both working practice and environment and some naturally struggle to cope with that.
Longer delivery spans take their toll and the risk of accidents when using new equipment is greater.
In a failing or poorly implemented revision those stresses and risks are greatly increased,
Management,unable to cope with or understand why a revision is failing will transfer that stress to members.
Flexing up is also a very dangerous game...delivering mail for 5hrs+ in one stretch should be avoided.
Of course if you put two people in a van all day the chances of disease transference is also greatly increased.

Don't know about any other office but i know the office that i work in since park and loop was brought in that the sick level has gone up on the whole.
But more worrying is the fact that there is more long term sick then before and also more people of with stress then there use to be because of unrelstic rounds that can not be achieved.Has any one else noticed this ?
