Bonus payment business performance

hi,
in my payslip today i have an extra £60 (not complaining mind you) under the description Bonus payment business performance.
Anyone know why I'd get this

Our revision went in recently and people were put on bigger contracts, some even getting FT positions but the 'Bonus' payment
reflected the previous contract they were on not the new one. What date did this go by does anyone know?

second point the colleague shares and the revision payment were pro rata also, but based on the average hours they worked over
a period of time, this payment was not! So if the colleague shares had paid out some would've got almost the same as FT staff as they had
nearly the full quota of shares. Who can i get answers from as my phone hasn't stopped, our DOM doesn't know!!
I know we are only talking a few pounds but as one member said to me, why should he be treated differently because he's PT but does FT hours.

I think....beanmuncha that those temporarily made up or regularly working more than their contracted hours will receive the remainder of their lump sum in July....if my reading of the Pay Directive is correct....
Like all things RM...it's as clear as mud but that is what i think this section relates to.

In addition overtime and Scheduled Attendance hours paid at single standard pay rate to part-time employees in the 2011/12 financial year will be paid as an additional lump sum on 20th July 2012 (July salaries for monthly paid), subject to an overall combined cap of £100 per person.

when are we going to get group profit bonus as we didn't have it for a while. Do RM stop doing this for unsworthy people like us .
