best option for small D.O.

starting our revision in 3-4 weeks new dutys up today 21 in total we have very small office,weve 2 options 9 day fortnight with longer working day or 1 in 4 sats of with a bit shorter day,any advice folks which is best for our small office its going to a vote soon.

Will give a nice mix

On a cycle 4 hour span
2 hours ips if office big enough
50 min break
1.45 prep and travel

If less ips increase span

The 10 hour days are awful and have been stripped from our office as it's tough to fill the days out

2 hours ips if office big enough

You will struggle to find 2hrs IPS unless more than half of the 21 are part-time.
Our office is planned at 45-60mins depending on duty content and it's unusual to even use that....and we are a medium sized office...about 130 staff.
IPS is mostly packets and portering trays about now.
