Why then in the Courior does it show about 5 pictures of postmen delivering with bags on their shoulders?

Because like any new toy they are used at first and then discarded...just like the scales in our office. :roll:

There are many delivery routes in my office where any form of trolley is simply not practical. Mainly due to the 'terrain' on the delivery route.

Most of my P&L delivery is small blocks of flats or high rise tower blocks so I can't use the trolleys.

Well our office is a trolley-enforced office but the new delivery bags that are coming in don't have the handles for the trolleys. Can safely assume RM aren't making them any more lol
