Interesting to see Ricky McAulay back in a regional position as Process & Collections Director for the East.

It must be difficult for Paul Kelly who was basically the "head" of Royal Mail in Scotland to now find himself sharing that role with Gerry McAuley,the former lead DSM from Glasgow who i assume will split Scotland between them with Gary Milne and "To be determined" dealing with the North of England.
