Ive never heard of any1 using it, when returning mail, Have U?

It doesn't make any difference. It would appear it is cheaper to continue sending the stuff than pay someone to update a database.

I use 'NOT CALLED FOR' for Deceased customers. It seems the most appropriate. I also write deceased on the mail or sticker itself.

I vaguely remember there being a "deceased" option on stickers.
Wasn't it removed because it was sometimes used erroneously causing consternation to all parties involved.

Yep I too remember the 'deceased' option on the stickers. Don't know why it was removed though.

It only matters when the letter/packet is going back to an actual person, those big mailing houses who send out all the 'junk mail' don't even read the stickers, as Postmn said, it's too much work for them to read and then remove the name from the mailing list.

And it costs too much to buy a new one from RM
