hi i work nights n told i have to work 12-8
i dont drive and last bus leaves 10.15 meaning im at my office 1nhalf hours early.
my manager says i have to sit n wait til 12 then start my shift
if there is no public transport royal mail should supply me with it due to unusual working hours
any1 know procedurer?

I don't think RM will do anything to help you, it's up to you to arrange your own transport otherwise there would be thousands of staff wanting help getting to work at unusual times.

Well you could get a bike through their cycle to work scheme - it would keep you fit as well.
