just wondering if you were off sick (officially,doctors note,etc) on the bh monday & jubille day,would you be entitled to get these days back on your annual leave ?
never been sick on a b/holiday so genuinley dont know

Some say it's a yes some say it's a no,some get it back some haven't,don't think there has ever been a 100% answer on here about it.

Days off are being awarded, so sick days should be as well, it counts as part of annual leave doesn't it ?
