3 month contract sick pay
I have been on 3 month contracts for last 18 months now. I was sick last week and got paid for my sick leave, this took me by suprise. Thought I didn't get sick pay? Have they cocked up or am I entitled to sick pay now?

full sick pay kicks in once you have been employed for 12 months on any contract full or part time
