Just been on the phone with ACAS, we can disagree on later starts. It will cause up to 12 weeks delay for RM (a week for every year you have worked up to 12yrs).
Then you have the right to sue the company for constructive dismissal or work RM new proposed hours after 12 weeks under protest. You all need to disagree in writing to your DIM.
