this sounds good most people have 1 in 6 weeks off

its no good i had to come off it and go on 4day week 10 hrs a day can you imagine working 5 weeks of 6 days with no day off

Think about it shepherdess, what do you do if you have one day off a week? Cant do an awful lot with it. But imagine a full week off? You can do a lot more with it.
One other thing to have this in your office you will need 6 people to want it.

we do 3 week on 1 week off

We've done 5 in 1off for about 8 years. 48 hour week over 6 days ,of course. much better than 1 day off a week on a rota. In all its 13 weeks off a year if you have 6 weeks leave.RM take 1 week A/L back as they argue we take 6 days off on A/L but only entitled to 5.Overall its much better than our old 6 days 39 hour week.With the old system you could go months with only 1 day off a week.Now the longest is 5 weeks.Another benefit is you can have 4 or 5 two week breaks if your office can organise it , some even take 4 or 5 weeks off in the summer,so loads of positives ,

yes when the 5 day week came in how time flies 11 years amazing
