I work in a delivery office and there is going to be a min repick of vacant duties.All the duties that are up for grabs are f/t duties but i know there are at least 6 p/t duties that should be up.when i asked the rep he did not give me a reason for this what should i do ? have asked the old rep and he says that they should go up so am lost as what to do.

well try and talk to the rep again first
if not will email them as a worried i will be bullied by staff.

If there is an issue and you cannot get a straight answer from your rep your Area Rep will look into it,if you can't get hold of Kenny Logan you need to contact Gary Clark,he is your Sub Area Delivery Rep.

Just goes to show how much we owe to the likes of Fishtank, Trueblueterrier and others on this forum.
