Lack of people knowing callers office duty

There are 3 of us in our office who know the callers office duty.
The guy whose duty it is and me and another who take turns to cover his day off and holidays.
The 2 of us who cover for him dont have any say in this matter and we are taken off of our own duty in order
to cover it. Can I refuse or does the last agreement allow the Dom to move me when he likes without my consent?
Next week the guy whose duty it is will be on holiday and the girl who helps cover is also on holiday.
This means that I will be expected to cover the duty for the 2 weeks. I will probably be asked if I would work
my day off but If I say no then the Dom & other manager will do the specials & callers office but will leave a mountain of shite for me
to clear up the next day. I know these 2 people are on holiday & have known for some time but I have not been asked if I will cover
and it will be around friday that next weeks duties will go up and my name will be enxt to the callers office duty without any person asking me.
I know that they have given me insufficient time but they will say that it is an emergency even though I have known about it for months.
All it takes is for the manager who does the duties tol look further ahead than one week and he would see this too.
Do I have any rights in this. People will say that they are supposed to give you x amount of time but what happens when they havent?
What happens if I continue to say No? They have no cover & they will expect me still to do this duty.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the hours of the locker duty different to your normal duty? Unless you are being asked to work different hours there is no need to give any notice.

45 minutes earlier per day to do the caller office duty.
Did the last agreement give management the right to move anyone at anytime as long as the hours are the same?

if you signed into a duty ,you do that duty thats how i understand it.

The manager will just quote 'Operational Needs' to you. Nothing you can do I'm afraid.
