Four day week

We are currently going through the p+l stages , and some are interested in a four day week . Yet with the one to ones the manager is saying 10 hour days which I understand , yet saying he would push for a 7-5 start finish , I though the USO stated 3 pm last letter with majority byb 2.30, so would four day weeks start earlier? Any info much appreciated

I'm a walker on a four day week and my time is 7.30 - 3.00
the driver does collections and his time is 8.15 - 6.00

Yes...as long as there is work available.
If there isn't then a 4 day week isn't feasible.
There should be scope for at least some 4 day weeks although the number may be limited by the amount of work available before 0700.

Totally agree with you FT, it's the same few people in my office who do all the OT on SA, and they're the biggest moans that their duty is way too big and they can't cope
