Bands are taken all the time but I just get more for supply so no big deal and as for anything else, locked in my locker, taken home with me or locked in my van, I know some people will just 'borrow' items and fail to give them back.

One of our line managers "borrowed" a postie's wife. The postie doesn't want her back now though.

Because the people are selfish now, they don't see anything wrong with taking something that isin't theirs, just like they don't care what damage is caused by coming in early.......or using their own cars............or cutting corners etc.

Lots of waterproofs go missing at my office. People leave them hanging on their frames incase they are needed. Its weird that the casuals that have only been to the office once or twice seem to have a full set of RM waterproofs :hmmmm

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
