It pretty much depends on how the rep has organised it, but ask how are the partnerships to be decided, who can drive the vehicle and who decides, how big are the loops intended to be, how long before the review of the revision, ( because you can bet your backside it ain't going to be right first time and you might not gel as a partnership), when do you get your transformation money?

Got the docket king in the office for a few hours one day to look at all the rounds and that was it.

Ha ha, love it. Exactly the same at our place. Not only get the docket king but the docket king who is a lick arse managers favourite who will just say yes to everything.......then quickly move onto getting the Phase 4 sign off!!!

If phase 4 gets signed off with added appendixes then RM think everything is ok and are reluctant to go back later and fix things later saying things should not of been signed of then

Don't say anything during one to ones, its a waste of time. Let the planners f**k it all up like we have then you'll be in a mess, then cut off. Its the best way.

Here, here I do the walk to suit myself as they've got dead walking I've tied it up so i've none and I've got access to sheltered housing as the old dears give me key to access the closes but i'm not telling the planners. It's their mess let them fix it

One of the most important parts of the one to one interview is the Attendance & Duty Structure Survey.
I would suggest you say something at this point otherwise you will be starting a "We got f****d over our 1 in 4 Sat" thread.

Ours turned into a 10 to 1 as they couldn't be arsed doing one to ones.
It was a bag of shite as the t.urd they had doing it couldn't answer any of our questions like what about family friendly or DDA cases. You might as well have wheeled out a piece of carpet....a beige piece of carpet at that!

There's nothing wrong with beige carpet BP, I have beige carpet in my upstairs office, I will admit it is a little reticent but it looks OK.

It really is an office BP, wireless printer, 32 inch TV/monitor, 27 inch monitor, CCTV, Corei7 Desktop, Sony Vaio laptop, chair, two desks, shredder - compliant secretary - actually I'm lying about that, it's the wife and she is nowhere near compliant, in fact if I wasn't married to her I'd sack her. She chose the carpet too!
