just wondered if anyone can tell me if you vote for a new rep every year or do you have to give the current one a vote of no confidence to have a vote thanks

Most of the Rep Elections are done every 2 years now.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet

I suggest next time your Rep is up for election someone stands against him. Then there will be a ballot, your office will choose the best person for the job. Not sure about other offices but our Rep elections are just before christmas. Give your Branch a ring and find out when your Reps credentials run out.

the last time we had an election the guy no one wanted got voted i have yet to find someone admit to voting for him (the only one who was happy was the dim motwyw)
