Have we been taken over

I received my bank statement today and after years of being paid by RM GROUP PLC I notice from last week it has changed to UK EXCL CM AND W !!!!!
Has anyone any idea what this is all about?

Yep - basically its RMs BACs Code for them paying us. Most companies use a "Mask" when sending payments by BACS but it costs so it looks as though RM don't want to pay for it.

POAL - if thats your next question (it usually follows on after TBH) is Paid Annual Leave.
