I would say no as you are not in their time anymore, you are in your own time, same as saying do I have to wear a seatbelt in my own car when driving home really

I've seen two different managers, after work, walking through town (in plain clothes) with their "MANAGER" hi-vis on. Was mildly embarrassed for them.
