maternity leave for farthers

any one point me in the direction of rules for farthers leave

2 weeks paid leave(providing you been with the company 12 months) to be taken within 3 months of the birth date

I don't think 'farters' should get any specialy treatment

And fathers get 2 weeks paternity leave and I belive both of them are with full pay but I may be wrong about that (FT will have a link to the relevent document).
