Just a bit of sarcasm on how long it might take RM to listen to stage 2. Thats, if your lucky. My grievance is now entering 9th month.

Should the grievance not state that if you have heard feck all from the operations manager within 14 days
that a grievance against the operations manager will be sent to his boss.
That is what is usually at the bottom of my grievance letters.
The time has come to stop turning the other cheek, time to stop shaking our heads in bitter dismay, time to stop mumbling our angry words.
The time has come for union.

No acknowledgement as yet nearly 2 weeks.

No I haven't spoken to my manager as I'm currently unable to, nor do I want to.
