Swapping scheduled day off

Swapping scheduled day off

My days off have rolling days off one week Monday then tuesday etc . My day off has been changed and I have made plans in advance knowing its falls on my day off . What is my stance on this ? Can it be changed back?

It will help us help you if we have a bit of context.

Whats the reason for the change. Is it a one-off or a permanent change, have you changed duties, or duty structure. Is it because of a revision etc.

However, you could ask around and swap days off we do that here. In fact on Play off Saturday one of our guys who does not work Saturdays usually came in for a mate and they swapped days.

Do you have a regular duty?
Have they changed your day off to Monday or Tuesday?

No change in duty . No revision . Just a change to one day off . Why should I find someone to swap when it's my turn for a day off ?

Last week was thursday this week Friday next Saturday .
