early shift allowance entitlement for a part time person

hi does anyone know if a part time worker on a mech duty who starts at 0430 and works to 0830 5 days a week would be entitled to the full early shift allowance of 13 odd pounds as the full timers or would only get pro rata.Also the same question about tpm because they do the tpm on the duty would they get the full 22 pounds or half?
have checked the way forward agreement and it is a bit ambigious? would appreciate a reps help

Don't know about the early shift allowance, but I get TPM (css) and it is paid pro rata.

early 1. £13.25p. you'll get pro rata. advance t.p.m £22.69p. same again. pro rata.

there was a motion at conference i know about that and it said it was descrimination against part time workers and there were movements to try and make it fairer?
