GENERAL CONFERENCE 2012

The NEC met on Tuesday 29th May and agreed a work plan for the propositions that have now become motions.

Attached to this LTB is a list of the decisions taken at CWU Annual Conference 2012.

It will be seen from the document that a lead Officer will own the policy. Other Officers may be required to assist in the progress of a particular item and this will be reported to the appropriate committee for decision.

It will also be noted that an ‘estimated delivery date’ is shown. This is a notional delivery date and in consultation with Officers any changes to these will be advised to the July NEC meeting.

2011 GENERAL CONFERENCE DECISIONS

In 2011 the NEC were required to progress forty six policy motions carried at the CWU General Conference. These were reported to the NEC in Document 75/11 and were published to branches in LTB 787/11. Of the forty six motions:-
