The end of Royal Mail Regions !

Tomorrow Royal Mail will announce a major managerial reorganisation which will see an end to the current Royal Mail regions and most RODS .

It understood that the UK will be split into 5 regions and underneaths these will be area managers accountable for smaller areas ! Sounds similar to a previous Royal mail structure when they had Head of performance managers .

Changes to DSMs normally come after the appointment of the more senior managers positions as they normally decide who they have as a DSM.

To reflect the differences in Royal Mail they might in time reduce it to two regions :shock: the London Region :nana and the Elsewhere Region :Very Happy

Heard today that there is going to be an overhaul of all R.M Managers starting from tomorrow :shock: Does anyone know more about this?
