Holiday Pay when leaving ??

Do royal mail pay you you're outstanding holidays when you leave or make you take you're notice period as holiday cheers

Depends on the office requirements.

If your pretty short staffed you will work your notice and get paid whatever hols you are
due the week after you leave.

I left RM a couple of months ago, and got paid the oustanding holidays a week after leaving.

As the notice period is only a week anything over that will get paid. It takes a pretty clued up Dom to realise you've to holiday and then force you to take it all within the week... my experience is that they forget

besides surely they'd have to give you notice saying that your holiday has been moved hence from tomorrow your on holiday.

if youve only got 8 days left i doubt you will get paid up as its only the second month of annual leave year i think they could say you owe them as youve took more pro rata we are only entitled to just less than 3 days a month even after 20 years

Incidentally, the days I got paid, were days I had carried over, so the op should still get paid these.
