Delivery review bonus...

hi, i'm temp contract, 6 months. i have my own walk. and have a 30hour contract.
our office will be due delivery review bonus soon... and i will be doing park and loop.

my manager seems very fair, and he told me about this bonus, but told me i may not qualify. i would like to know... how do i not qualify?

and is there anything i can do about it?

do temps get bonus'?
although i have my own walk, and have done everything asked, i think my manager is happy with me and doesnt seem to have any issues with me.

and is it pro-rota?
as i'm contracted 30 hours, and work 35.

afak you needed to joined RM before the revision process at your office started
