Gotta grab what you can these days , although I do believe the doms/lm's should do them (without claiming overtime) and ideally root out the cause and SORT IT!
Why are lino's paid full-time ??

They don't know how to sort it because they are thick as sh1t. Our walks get changed weekly and we had our fist revision almost three years ago . F#ckin bunch of w@ankers.

We know how to sort it but they won't listen and they won't let us change any duties etc etc etc
