hi
does any of the reps know what happens if a cleaner wants to raise a grievance with their romec manager what they do? i know that there are the standard grievance forms in royal mail processing for opgs but do the cleaners have their own set of forms or is it done some other way ,ie writing to hr services equivelant for romec but i do not have this address
