The week of the jubilee holiday we go back to (wait for it) 5 D2DS to be delivered in a short week. Surely Royal Fail should be putting a limit on the on a short week.
Yes I know it is income but come on this is just taking the mick
Looks like to me they will have to make a choice.Do they want me to deliver the mail or the D2Ds as I will not be working any ot that week

We are told that there is no 1/6th if you can take 2 or 3 times the amount and still finish in you time then thats it!

If you don't have time to complete...cut off.
If your manager is too tight to pay for extra resource...he/she can do it him/herself.

What he says, just do whatever they want and if you need to claim OT then do it and if not then cut off, you have 5/6/7/8 hours and in that time you can do any work you're trained to do and if there's too much............well

But if i wasn't,I would put one row or 25% in each day that week then decide wether i can complete in time or tell my lino that i need to cut off or extend!

I think that part of the problem with this from what I can see in my office is that we're all being paid the same for D2D yet some people are being hit week in week out with 4,5,6 D2D and others with either none or maybe1, 2 if your unlucky (ahem )

At the end of the day if you have too much work then as others have said you need to cut-off.

Why are you focusing on D2Ds? We're all getting paid the same for first class, second class, mail sort, packets, etc.

Why are you focusing on D2Ds?

Coz I've seen it causing problems when 1 person has 6 crappy D2D's and then the bloke next to him has none. In the past there was a extra payment.

Cut offs work to your time, it's managements issues to solve RM failings with regards to not being able to complete your walk within alloted time period.
