Letter/Flat Sorting

When sorting in to 48 or 56 box frames for IPS,ive always sorted stamps to the back,this is the way i was shown when i was trained at the school(Kings Cross) and when i done the cards in my old DO,plus im left handed.
At my new office they sort stamps to the front ,well most seem to except us from London,so ive now changed to sorting with my right hand so that the stamps are at the front .
Should we all be sorting the same way so that when you clear in the letters are all the same way up .
Whats the score at your place? or is it a London thing .

I don't think it really matters, the MC sends the mail down in all ways, letters in with flats, upside down, stickers over addresses so it just doesn't matter anymore, only if the Japanese professor takes an interest will they want to standardise it.

We bundle up from bottom left to half way along the 3rd row and cut off the rest
We come in at the normal start time you see and dont come in early unpaid

Don't suppose it matters , one guy will throw a box in one way , the next guy may be left handed so they will go in the other way round, as Fish said , just be glad you don't get too many missorts.
