RM Executive Manager 1

Can anybody answer this question. According to Conduct Code under "Processing Cases" it states
"Where dismissal or action short of dismissal may be an outcome, the fact finding should be carried out
by a Manager other than the Manager who will make the decision in the case, unless the dismissal Manager will be
RM Executive Manager 1 or above"

The question is at what level or who in RM will be an RM Executive Manager 1?

Shift managers in larger mail centres and DOMs of very big offices are often EL1

Do you or anybody know of the grades for Doms or even DSM's and where EM1 would
begin in relation to the Conduct Code quote above?

EL1 grade is a shift manager.

DOMs can be anywhere from ML5 for a tiny DO to EL1 for a massive one.

Next step up is Senior Managers who are NCP9 and upwards.

DSMs in our patch are SB8 which is 2 grades above EL1 - hope that helps.
