On sat 19/5/12 at 1105 i got this message from my line manager. [door to doors are classed as a first class item lets make sure we deliver them all.I was 30min from completing my delivery. it was my managers long weekend days off so he sent it from home. At the time i thought it was personal but it turned out he sent it out to everyone including a postie boarding a plane on is way back from Spain. Is this normal behaviour?

it started out so you could contact him if you were experiencing any problems whilst out on delivery [never thought it could be used in such a negative way but then he was a new manager but as grown to be a monster backed by the higher ups.

Has he been sectioned under the Mental Health Act?
D2D's are not, repeat NOT first class mail.

The National Agreement (Business Transformation 2010 and Beyond) reached between Royal Mail and the CWU requires that Door to Door (D2D) will be placed into measured workload and delivered over 6 days, 52 weeks a year.
