Poor bloke, having a difficult time stopped off in the pub and got drunk in the middle of his duty on Saturday.
Phoned his lino to tell him he had 3 bags he couldn't complete because he was pished.
3 line managers completed the duty on Saturday afternoon. Didn't tell the DOM.

You mean they where not also covering their own backs :roll: ,they are probably shite scared of the DOM like in our office the bullying t.urd.

I can't see anything cynical in this...i must be ill.
They could have dropped him in it and still covered their collective arses.
Now they can't really because they've already covered it up.
I think i'll go with the most likely explanation.....dream sequence.
Watch out for everything going wavy and then wakening up at a dismissal appeal.

Line managers working after 10am on a Saturday, the poor lambs?! That's obviously the temptation when you have a public house assigned as a toilet stop on your walk log sheet; "Ah, go on, just one then..." :cool :dance
You do the work, they get the loot. The men with the smiles and the 3 piece suits.
