what are the holiday entitlements exactly

the statutory minimum is 28 days which can include bank holidays,
so do we get 28 days plus bank holidays or just 28 days

i am not talking odf extra days due to length of service either, just how RM pans out the holiday entitlement

You get your holiday entitlements depending on length of service,then you get the bank holidays,just like most firms.

That's 5 1/2 days less than the legal minimum.
Those days are "made up" by Bank Holiday entitlement.
So....if you're entitled to your annual leave back if you're sick shouldn't you be entitled to your BH credits if they are part of your statutory annual leave entitlement.
That's the argument.

lets nail this down then

take a staff member with say 10 years service

that person is on the sick with say a broken arm, leg, what ever and is covered by a sick note

will that person get their bank holiday entitlement back if they are still off sick on a bank holiday
