) Royal Mail had to offer you a full time job.

Whats the score with a postie on part time hours who wants to go to full time hours but keeps getting a knock back.

but its clearly not rm policy at the moment to make people full time.
they will string you along.
several in our office wanting full time.
full time to part time? they have no trouble with it seems.

Johnny you're getting confused with temp contracts,MTSF says 2 years,Law says 4,RM are ignoring the MTSF...
Your mate will only get a full time job if there is one available and he has enough seniority to sign for it.
