EH/TD "Cup Final Plan"

As many north of the border will know the 19th of May is the first Hibs/Hearts cup final since 1896.
In keeping with that historic theme an agreement has been reached to facilitate the mass exodus of educated Embra members to the dark,savage land of the weegies(Hampden Park).

2nd Class will be advanced through thursday and friday.
MS3 will be deferred until the following monday and tuesday.
Extra resources will be applied to friday nightshift.
Requests for saturday off will be given full consideration.
Offices that have recently changed saturday attendance times will be allowed to revert for one day only.
Expect your feeds early and a flyer on saturday...like the good old days.

Of course the question on most members lips was...if they can do it for the cup final.....?

Whats going on - in Huddersfield today we had a light day and an early release - nearly an hour because of the early kick off. Are they trying to sweeten us for something.





Oh and we beat MK Dons 2 - 0 - next leg at Galpharm on Tuesday. (The dream is on).

Most of them talk incoherently about "Ulster" or "the Republic" although neither group could find Ireland on a map....of Ireland.
Don't get me wrong i like Glasgow in a superior/pity kind of way but...........

I have to agree and disagree. Unfortunately, Glasgow is full of Glaswegians, enough said.

Quaffing a pint or few in the Horseshoe Bar I can almost believe there's not much wrong with Glasgow.
But I also have guid memories of Bennet's Bar in Edinburgh more years ago than I care to remember.
As to which is the better North British city, I had best just sit on the fence.
