I have two questions that I Was wondering if anyone could help me with...

How do I go about obtaining the full policy with regards to door to door leaflets, as in, the status of importance, security of, what happens to, etc. etc.

How do I go about obtaining full management policy, as in, the guidelines they have to follow when dealing with disciplinary
matters? I'm not referring to the disciplinary code here, I mean the instructions that the managers have to follow, I assume one exists as they probably couldn't take a s**t without instruction most of them are that dumb.

Any help would be appreciated...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
