I got a two year serious warning for calling a C**t in an aggressive manor.

just keep ya noggin down and time will soon pass, I am even thinking of who to call the same now as my warning is spent lol

Serious Warning - A record will be kept for 2 years, or 5 years in cases of dishonesty. A serious warning can be accompanied by either of the following:

* Suspension without pay for 1 - 3 days
* Disciplinary transfer to another job within the manager's area of authority.

Its an official warning that will last 2 years. In other words they think you have done something that does not warrant dismissal but if you do the same thing again, or something on a par with it, then dismissal is a distinct possibility.
