Lighten the load document

Have a copy of the lighten the load document dated July 2007. Does anyone know if this is still ok to follow or has something else been put out that replaces it? Thanks.

Still ok to use as a general guide but since it was published in 2007 we have had major changes to pouch weights so what is contained in it no longer applies, plus we have also had WRAP introduced and also replacing MARY which was to do with yard risk assessments is another newly introduced yard risk assessment tool.

Time i think for the CWU to urgently update their LIGHTEN THE LOAD document.

Am really after the maximum special deliveries HCT & cycles can carry. Has got it in the document but wondered if it has changed at all.
